2013: Ran all eight races in sophomore season...best finish of the season was a 26th at the Mid-America Opener where he ran a 23:51.90...took 37th out of 71 at the UE Invitational with a 28:29.47...ran a 29:16.6 at the MVC Championship while posting a 29:52.6 to take 50th at the Fleet Foot Invitational as UE took the win.

2012: Freshman began his UE career by taking 18th at the Mid-America Opener with a time of 21:12.95...came in 77th out of 127 participants at the EIU Open with a 27:37.00...notched his 8K PR at the Greater Louisville Classic with a 28:01.00...notched a 31st/62 at the Tennessee Tech Invitational with his 30:10.98...came in 47th at the UE Invitational (28:26.83).

Background: Ran two years of cross country at Jennings County HS...was a 3-year varsity athlete in track..top 5-K time as a member of the cross country team was a 16:50.60...is majoring in mechanical engineering.
