CHARLES, Mo.--The University of Evansville women's basketball team controlled much of the first 25 minutes of Thursday's first-round State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Tournament match-up with seventh-seeded Drake, but Drake guards Kristin Turk and Jordann Plummer controlled the final 15 minutes to help the Bulldogs rally past the Purple Aces, 73-62, at the Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri.

Fresh off of an 8-4 victory over nationally-ranked Kentucky, the University of Evansville baseball team will finally return home from a 13-game season-opening road trip this weekend to host Morehead State, Le Moyne, and Purdue in the annual Dunn Hospitality Diamond Classic at UE’s Charles H. Braun Stadium. The four-team classic will run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon with games slated for 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. central time each day.

The University of Evansville diving team has experienced many firsts this season like a first-year coach and first records broken since the 1995-96 season. Now three divers will get to experience their first NCAA Zone C Diving Championships March 12-14 at Purdue University.
