Plyometric Movements: Single Leg Box Transition Jumps

Instructions

Start with one foot completely on the box, initiate by driving through the heel and up through the toe of the foot starting on the box resulting in a single leg jump and the apex of the movement.  While in the air, switch to landing on the opposite leg on top of the box absorbing as much force as possible and gently returning to the original position only now with the opposite leg starting the movement.
