2010 - Chosen for the 2010 NSCAA Men's College Scholar All-America Team; one of only 16 chosen...first team all-Midwest Region midfielder; became first UE player since Jose Londono in 1996 to earn all-region recognition three years in a row...MVC Defensive Player of the Year...UE's only first team all-MVC selection...Team MVP for the second year in a row...finalist for the ESPN Academic All-America Team...outstanding midfielder who was UE's second leading scorer as a senior with 5 goals and 3 assists for 13 points...tied for 22nd in career scoring at UE with 18 goals and 17 assists for 53 points...Defensive MVP at both tournaments–the Portland Nike Classic and ProRehab Aces Soccer Classic...chosen in pre-season as one of 30 nationwide finalists for the Lowe's Senior CLASS  Award in men's soccer...scored twice on Senior Day against Arkansas, and once against Washington, Belmont and SIU Edwardsville.

2009 – Winner of the William V. Slyker Award, presented to UE's most outstanding male athlete of 2009-10...UE's Most Valuable Player...All-MVC First Team and All-Midwest Region second team midfielder...NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-America Team second team selection...first team selection on MVC Scholar-Athlete Team...All-MVC Tournament...second in scoring for UE with 5 goals, 7 assists for 17 points...ranked #3 in MVC in game-winning goals (3), #7 in points per game (0.76), #9 in assists per game (0.29) and #10 in goals per game (0.24)...assisted on two of UE’s three goals in the MVC Tournament...all-tourney at Grand Prairie Classic...one of only 34 players in UE history with 40 or more career points...team leader from his central midfield position...outstanding in the air.

2008 – NSCAA All-Midwest Region third team midfielder... second team all-MVC for the second year in a row...honorable mention on MVC Scholar-Athlete Team... MVC Player of the Week Sept. 15...all-Aces Soccer Classic...UE’s representative on the All-MVC Tournament Team...skilled central midfielder who is outstanding in the air...fifth on the team in scoring...scored twice in a 3-1 win over Valparaiso and once against Drake.

2007 – Top Drawer Soccer Freshman All-American...UE’s first Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Year since Pedro Delgado in 1995...second team All-MVC...tied for 10th in the MVC in points per game (0.75)...tied for third on the team in both goals (5) and assists (5)...quickly became a team leader in the midfield, both offensively and defensively...dangerous attacking player... outstanding at heading the ball...scored goals against Green Bay, Mercer, and in three consecutive matches–against Eastern Illinois, Indiana and Lipscomb...13 shots on goal in 21 attempts... tallied assists against Memphis, Mercer, IPFW, Butler and Drake.

High School/Club – NSCAA High-School All-American, Indiana State Player of the Year and Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year in 2006...led 26-0-0 Carmel to the 2006 state championship and a #2 national ranking...also served as captain of the nationally ranked and state champion Carmel Cosmos club team...Aces Soccer Camp All-Star in 2006. Personal – Robert Seth Lynch...born Aug. 9, 1988 in Susanville, Cal....son of Gary and Jodi Hubbard...one of four boys in the family...excellent student, majoring in biology.
