• October 10 High School Camp Brochure
The primary goal of the ACES BASEBALL CAMPS is to help each athlete develop a positive mental attitude about themselves and the game of baseball. Our focused instruction provides campers with sound fundamentals, disciplined work habits, drill work for personal development, and a passion for the game. Aces Baseball Camps will enhance each athlete’s skill level by enabling them to confidently strive to meet their personal goals. All camps will be located on the University of Evansville campus and camp registration will begin 30 minutes prior to each camp.
Below is a brief description of the upcoming High School Camp offered by the Aces Baseball Staff on October 10, 2009.
High School Camp
UE will conduct a High School Camp on Saturday, October 10 for all high school players, freshmen through seniors.
Who: All High School Players - Freshmen through Seniors (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Graduating Classes)
Where: Charles H. Braun Stadium on the UE campus
When: Saturday, October 10 from 11 a.m. to the End of Camp (4:00 to 5:00 p.m. depending on camp enrollment). Registration begins at 10:30 a.m.
Cost: $100
Camp Format: Players will be instructed and evaluated in drills and simulated games. Players and parents will also have a chance to listen to discussions on recruiting and academics. Individual player evaluations will not be made available to players at this camp.
Misc. Info: Camp T-Shirt is included in the price of camp. A meal will not be provided at camp, but we will have a 30-45 minute break for you to get lunch on your own. You will be allowed to leave campus or you can bring your own lunch.
Equipment Needed: Baseball pants, cleats, turfs, glove, bat, batting gloves, helmets and catching gear (if applicable).
